No matter you are the user of Game321 or BoomSky player, we would like to thank you for your long-term support.
However, everything has to come to an end some time. Since our contract with the game developer is about to expire and future development of the two games are terminated, we are sorry to inform you that BoomSky will cease operation on March 21. All game content, top-up, online support will be shut down. Sorry for any inconvenience it brings to you. For those players who still own the top-up coins, we decide to give out our compensation to minimize your loss.
Specific shutdown time and compensation are as follows：
Shut down top-up service. Players can apply for compensation.
Close online customer service and compensation application. Compensation will be sent within 10 working days.
Close game website, forum and shut down all servers.
From then on, Game321 will not accept or process any account, character and compensation related issues for BoomSky.
About the Compensation
To thank everyone’s support for BoomSky over the last past 2 years, we will give out the uttermost compensation to players who still have in-game coins.

The number of coins players still hold in BoomSky will be converted into coins of other games 100%.
Game for compensation: Players can choose one of the following games to receive compensation:
Tales of Solaris
For example: Player A has 1,000 game coins in BoomSky. After verifying his/her compensation request, the system will automatically send 1,000 coins to the game character player A chooses to receive compensation within 10 working days after March 20.
Game321 reserves the final interpretation right for the compensation policy and solutions. Based on actual needs or in case of emergency, Game321 reserves the right to adjust or modify compensation without informing players in advance.
Compensation procedure and method:
Step 1: Submit your compensation request to online support at Game321, provide your Game321 account, registered email address, answer to your security question, character name and server. These information will help up finish verification as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation!
Step 2: After we verify your information, you can choose a game to receive compensation by providing us the server you are in and relevant character information.
Please note that one account in one game will only have one chance to receive compensation. The compensation can’t be changed or canceled. So please make your choice carefully.
Step 3: Our customer service will provide all of your information to operation team. After double check of your information, we will send game coins to the game character you choose.

A: Yes. Only Game321 core users can receive the compensation. Users in other regions or cooperating platforms are excluded.

A: Sorry. Only core users of BoomSky can receive compensation. Still, we thank free users’ long-term support and believe free users will have fun playing free events in other games on our platform.

4. Q: My account is frozen after some chargebacks. Will I be able to receive compensation?
A: Sorry, according to Game321 user agreement, you are not eligible for compensation.
